To Protect You and Your Interests

OUR STANDARD CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

In connection with your consideration to enhance yourself or a professional practice of your interest

You ________, D.D.S., (hereinafter referred to as “Doc”)  have

requested that peron68, maintain all confidential and any proprietary information dealing with your interest.  

Such information shall include,

but not necessarily be limited to, tax returns, fee schedules, financial statements, and

certain financial reports. (Such information is hereinafter referred to as “Confidential

Information.”) This Agreement is to confirm that we will use the Confidential

Information solely for the purpose of evaluating the transaction and we will not use the

Confidential Information in the operation of any other business or disclose the

Confidential Information to any third parties with the exception of your attorney,

accountant, business advisor(s), or spouse—as directed.

This Agreement shall remain effective even if you should not elect to purchase any services including expanding

 any dental practice. In the event that such a transaction is not completed, we will promptly

return to you, all Confidential Information that is in

written or printed form. Further, we will not retain any copies, extracts, or other

reproductions in whole or in part, of such written or printed materials.

We hereby acknowledge that the remedies at law for the breach of the terms of this Agreement are inadequate and that Doc  

shall be entitled to injunctive relief to enjoin any such breach (in addition to any other legal and equitable remedies that may be

available) together with all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, relating to the enforcement of its rights hereunder.

If you are in agreement with the foregoing, please so indicate by signing and returning

one copy of this Agreement.
